Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) underpins effective leadership.  In fact, 85% of outstanding leadership is based on Emotional competencies.  EQ is equally critical for personal effectiveness, happiness, health and successful relationships.  We have integrated Emotional Intelligence into our Resilience model and training under the Performance Mindset and Leadership and Influence modules.  The competencies are powerfully complementary to the traditional physical and cognitive elements of Resilience.

Our Emotional Intelligence Courses have been running through Short Courses at the University of Auckland and is a popular intensive training option for some clients.  The course is supported by our Resilient! 360 © competency assessment so that each participant has specific personal feedback from each of their influence groups.  Participants can thus target their critical personal and interpersonal skills with very specific development plans.

For individuals looking to transform their lives, relationships and leadership, the Emotional Intelligence course is frequently the tipping point needed.  In house training will energise your leadership and create a roadmap to high performance culture.  It can also make sense of difficult leadership, engagement and culture conflicts.

Benefits

This is a practical, skill based course which sits on strong science, leadership theory and best practice.  Most participants claim significant practical learning and deep insights on how they, and  others, function.  It is a challenging course and will introduce most participants a whole new view of how they function and influence others.  We strongly recommend that you do contact us to ensure that this is the right investment for you or your team.  The course also includes a copy of Engage your Emotions by Dr Sven Hansen.
