  Resilience is a gentle, deepening counter-balance to the frantic dash for cash that frequently claims too much of our lives. Resilience helps us to understand ourselves so that we can contribute meaningfully.
Resilience builds knowledge, skills and attitudes from prevailing philosophies and current medical, psychological and neurobiological research.  We bring this together in a way that participants in our courses can confidently, smartly and simply learn how to master their their body, their heart, their mind and their spirit.

Resilience Training is life changing for many participants.  While providing practical skills it is often the first time people discover how body, heart, mind and spirit can - and must - come together in life and work.   We have five books, health assessments, 360 degree assessments and personal training tools to support our work.  These are available on-line and in each of our practices.   We are committed to evidence-based and practical knowledge and bring a range of practical reflections on current science and thinking in the many fields related to Resilience.
