Organisational Resilience

Resilient people are the foundation of human capital.  When people consistently bring healthy bodies, positive energy, clear thinking and purpose to work, an organisation has achieved Resilience.

Why?

Organisations exist to achieve what individuals cannot do alone. But whether entrepreneurial start-up, professional firm, large corporate, public service or not-for-profit, it is people that make the difference.
A Resilient organisation is one which realises its own potential through nurturing the ability of those working within it to:
  1. Bounceback from adversity
  2. Thrive on challenge
  3. Explore and reach their own full potential
  4. Have a positive impact on others

Benefits

A Resilient organisation is calm, energised, engaged, focused and purposeful. Leaders and people cultivate health, happiness and productivity. This attracts, retains and motivates all stakeholders.
Resilience interventions systematically extract the benefits of stress management, individual and corporate health, emotional intelligence and thinking skills. Language, practical skills and creative frameworks become part of organisational culture - one which respects and honours the combined potential of body, heart, mind and spirit.

Resilience Training is life changing for many participants.  While providing practical skills it is often the first time people discover how body, heart, mind and spirit can - and must - come together in life and work. We have five books, health assessments, 360 degree assessments and personal training tools to support our work.  These are available on-line and in each of our practices. We are committed to evidence-based and practical knowledge and bring a range of practical reflections on current science and thinking in the many fields related to Resilience.

Success Stories

We have enlisted the services of internationally renowned resilience expert Dr Sven Hansen to plan and deliver personal resilience training programmes aimed at helping our people ‘get the right perspective’ to achieve physical vitality, self awareness and advancement at an emotional and cognitive level.
