Practical Resilience

Practical Resilience introduces your team to the basics of resilience. Starting with a confidential healthcheck, participants learn how to manage health, master stress and develop a performance mindset through more skilled use of body, heart and mind. Practical Resilience is flexible and scaleable. It will energise and engage.
The program objective is to create a critical mass of individuals who can better deal with stress and who have health, energy and endurance to succeed in their work challenges. The program aims to deliver sustainable and measurable behavioural change for participants and also the organisation.
Purpose Practical Resilience is an interactive learning workshop to introduce participants to the core frameworks of Resileince and an opportunity to explore the practices of physical vitality, self mastery and performance mindset.
Benefits
Practical resilience has evolved to allow for cost effective resilience building across an organisation. It is designed to be flexible, time efficient and work team based. Participants will learn a common language of resilience and become familiar with managing their health, stress and engagement in work.
Who Is This For?
Generally targetted at middle management and staff, Practical Resilience can run in two forms. Smaller groups of up to 16 participants can work intensively over a three to four half days allowing for strong workgroup bonding and support. Larger workshops with up to 60 people can also be accommodated in banquet style where much of the conversation and development planning happens in the table groups. Our larger clients frequently run this training for all staff.
