Resilient Leadership

Resilient Leadership is our premier intervention.  Designed and customised for each group, the course is tailored to leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs.  While based on Practical Resilience, this intensive intervention helps deep change happen at both a personal and leadership level.Resilient Leadership is a significant commitment of 4 to 6 full days over 6 months, where the team is immersed and coached in the application of resilience at a personal and organisational level.  Participants work between workshops on the personal and organisation goals and projects.

Purpose
Resilient Leadership requires commitment but will effect a significant upgrade on the leadership impact of senior people.
