Clearly, the vast majority of us are seriously compromised by the volume, frequency and cognitive impact of information. We have to build explicit competence in mastering information if we are to maintain Resilience and drive productivity. Read on

Alcohol may reduce Alzheimers Risk

A Study from in the US, presented at the 2009 International Conference on Alzheimers Disease shows that cognitively normal individuals who consume 1 to 7 drinks per week has a 37% reduced risk for dementia over 6 years when compared with non-drinkers. Read on
